Inazuman: L’Eroe Mutante
Nato dalla mente creativa di Shotaro Ishinomori e prodotto dalla Toei nel 1973 come serie tokusatsu, Inazuman racconta la lotta di Goro Watari contro l’Impero dei Nuovi Umani. Goro, un mutante dai poteri psichici, può trasformarsi prima nel crisalide Sanagiman e successivamente nel potente Inazuman, l’uomo fulmine. Ad aiutarlo nella sua battaglia c’è la Raijin-go, una straordinaria auto volante senziente dotata di ali e fauci capaci di sbranare i nemici.
L’archivio di Robot Vintage esamina la produzione diecast dedicata a questa serie, dominata dai modelli realizzati dalla Popy. Il pezzo centrale della collezione è la Raijin-go (Popinica), un modello in metallo ricercato per le sue caratteristiche trasformabili e il design unico che cattura perfettamente lo spirito delle serie anni ’70. In questa sezione analizziamo le varianti di questo modello, diventato un simbolo del connubio tra supereroi e veicoli fantascientifici nella produzione Chogokin classica.

Inazuman è un personaggio immaginario creato da Shotaro Ishinomori. . Inazuman è un mutante, ma vive come un giovane studente di college con il nome di Goro Watari. Ha perso la madre da bambino e aveva una ragazza di nome Teresa che è stato rapita da un soldato americano durante l’occupazione americana del Giappone. Quando l’Impero Phantom Army Neo inizia i suoi attacchi contro l’umaità decide di intervenire in prima persona. Incrociando le braccia effettua una trasformazione diventando un mutante simile ad una larva marrone con una cintura bianca che ha un misuratore di potenza biomeccanico su di essoin grado di assorbire l’energia cinetica di qualsiasi attacco usato contro di lui. Quando ha raccolto abbastanza energia nella cintura, pronunciando la frase, “Chōriki Shorai” letteralmente “Summon Ultimate Power”) l’esterno di Sanagiman esplode e al suo posto compare Inazuman, un mutante dall’aspetto di una falena che indossare la stessa cintura di potenza Sanagiman e assomiglia a un umanoide blu con enormi occhi colorati ovali, antenne a forma di fulmine prominenti, guanti neri e stivali. E’ in grado di richiamare un’auto, Raijin Go, dotata di volontà propria ed in grado di mordere gli avversari che le si parano davanti. |

Inazuman: The Mutant Hero
Created by Shotaro Ishinomori and produced by Toei in 1973 as a tokusatsu series, Inazuman follows Goro Watari’s fight against the Neo-Human Empire. Goro, a mutant with psychic powers, can transform first into the chrysalis-like Sanagiman and then into the powerful Inazuman. He is aided by the Raijin-go, a sentient flying car with wings and jaws capable of attacking enemies.
The Robot Vintage archive examines the diecast production for this series, dominated by models from Popy. The centerpiece of the collection is the Raijin-go (Popinica), a sought-after metal model known for its transformable features and unique design that perfectly captures the spirit of 1970s shows. In this section, we analyze the variants of this model, which has become a symbol of the blend between superheroes and sci-fi vehicles in classic Chogokin production.

Inazuman is a fictional character created by Shotaro Ishinomori. . Inazuman is a mutant, but lives as a young college student with the name of Goro Watari. He lost his mother as a child and had a girlfriend named Teresa who was kidnapped by an American soldier during the American occupation of Japan. When the Phantom Army Empire Neo begins its attacks on humanity decides to intervene firsthand. By crossing his arms he transforms into a brown larva-like mutant with a white belt that has a biomechanical power meter on it that can absorb the kinetic energy of any attack used against him. When he has gathered enough energy in his belt, by saying the phrase, “Chōriki Shorai” (literally “Summon Ultimate Power”) Sanagiman’s exterior explodes and in its place appears Inazuman, a moth-like mutant who wears the same Sanagiman power belt and resembles a blue humanoid with huge oval colored eyes, prominent lightning-shaped antennae, black gloves, and boots. He is able to summon a car, Raijin Go, that has a will of its own and can bite opponents that get in its way. |
The Diecast merchandising of the series was made by the POPY .
From the Inazuman series, many vinyls of the protagonist have been made, as regards diecast production, only the protagonist’s car has been made by Popy.
