Kamen Rider X: Il Guardiano degli Abissi contro l’Impero GOD

Trasmessa nel 1974, Kamen Rider X è la terza serie del franchise. La storia segue Keisuke Jin, trasformato in un cyborg dal padre scienziato per salvarlo da un attacco mortale dell’organizzazione criminale GOD (Government Of Darkness). Progettato originariamente per le esplorazioni sottomarine, Rider X combatte i mostri mutanti utilizzando la sua arma multiuso, l’asta d’acciaio Ridol, e guidando la sua potente motocicletta Cruiser.

L’archivio di Robot Vintage mette in luce una curiosità per i collezionisti: a differenza di altre serie, Popy non realizzò un modello Chogokin specifico per il personaggio di Kamen Rider X, ma si concentrò esclusivamente sulla sua motocicletta. Il pezzo forte della produzione diecast è infatti la Cruiser (codice PA-31), riprodotta nella linea Popynica. Questo modello è molto apprezzato per la sua solidità e per i dettagli che richiamano le caratteristiche tecnologiche del mezzo visto sullo schermo.

Kamen Rider X (仮面ライダーX Kamen Raidā Ekkusu), è una serie Tokusatsu di supereroi ed è la terza delle Serie Di Kamen Rider. Lo scienziato Keitaro Jin e suo figlio Keisuke sono presi di mira dalla organizzazione criminale GOD(Government Of Darkness). Vengono attaccati e le invenzioni di Keitaro sono state rubate ma prima di morie, lo scienziato riesce a fare un’operazione chirurgica su suo figlio Keizuke con degli strumenti tecnologicamente avanzanti, trasformando il ragazzo in Kamen Rider X. Per vendicare la morte di suo padre e salvare il genere umano, Rider X combatterà, con l’aiuto di Tobei Tachibana già presente dai tempi di Kamen Rider, i mostri mutanti di GOD.

Popy a differenza di altre serie Kamen Rider ha riprodotto solo la moto di personaggio principale, ma non uno specifico chogokin di Kamen Rider X

Keisuke Jin/Kamen Rider X

Keisuke venne ferito mortalmente dall’attacco degli sgherri di GOD. Così suo padre per salvargli la vita lo fece diventare il quinto Kamen Rider, Kamen Rider X, originariamente sviluppato come cyborg per le esplorazioni sottomarine. L’arma di X è l’asta d’acciaio multiuso Ridol.

Kamen Rider X: The Guardian of the Deep against the GOD Empire

Aired in 1974, Kamen Rider X is the third series in the franchise. The story follows Keisuke Jin, transformed into a cyborg by his scientist father to save him from a deadly attack by the criminal organization GOD (Government Of Darkness). Originally designed for underwater exploration, Rider X battles mutant monsters using his multipurpose weapon, the Ridol steel rod, and riding his powerful motorcycle, the Cruiser.

The Robot Vintage archive highlights a curiosity for collectors: unlike other series, Popy did not produce a specific Chogokin model for the Kamen Rider X character, focusing exclusively on his motorcycle. The centerpiece of the diecast production is indeed the Cruiser (code PA-31), reproduced in the Popynica line. This model is highly valued for its sturdiness and details that recall the technological features of the vehicle seen on screen.
