Jetter Marus  (trasmesso in Italia con il nome Capitan Jet) è una serie anime composta da 26 apisodi e prodotta dalla Toei Animation.  Fu creata nel 1977 e in Italia fu trasmessa sulle reti locali nei primi anni 80.  Da non confondere con Astroboy (Tetsuwan Atom GA62) di cui è molto simile in quanto entrambi  sono realizzati dallo stesso autore: Osamu Tezuka.

Il protagonista della serie è un robot costruito ad immagine e somiglianza di un ragazzo: Dispone di un corpo  che può essere utilizzato per creare distruzione di proporzioni catastrofiche, ma ha anche  un’ intelligenza artificiale quasi umana. Si ritrova spesso nella situazione di dover scegliere se usare i suoi poteri per scopi pacifici o distruttivi, ma fondamentalmente ha un cuore puro.

Chogokin molto amato, ricercato e ottimamente realizzato. Quasi completamente in metallo è una fedele riproduzione di quello visto in Tv. Catalogato come GA82 A differenza di Tetsuwan Atom (creato sempre da Osamu Tezuka) non è stato inserito nella Meisaku Series. Dispone di 2 pugni sparanti. Nel box non è presente polistirolo ma solo una spugnetta protettiva, assieme a 2 coppie di pugni ad un cataloghino Popy ed ad un cataloghino personalizzato con delle vignette raffiguranti il protagonista ed altri personaggi dell’anime. Jetter Marus è  stato realizzato sia in versione standard, che in versiore Deluxe con cabina di potenziamento, (GA83).

Jetter Marus (broadcast in Italy under the name Capitan Jet) is an anime series composed of 26 episodes and produced by Toei Animation. It was created in 1977 and in Italy it was broadcast on local networks in the early 80s. Not to be confused with Astroboy (Tetsuwan Atom GA62) of which it is very similar as both are made by the same author: Osamu Tezuka.

The protagonist of the series is a robot built in the image and likeness of a boy: He has a body that can be used to create destruction of catastrophic proportions, but he also has an almost human artificial intelligence. He often finds himself in the situation of having to choose whether to use his powers for peaceful or destructive purposes, but fundamentally he has a pure heart.

Chogokin much loved, sought after and excellently made. Almost completely made of metal, it is a faithful reproduction of the one seen on TV. Catalogued as GA82 Unlike Tetsuwan Atom (also created by Osamu Tezuka) it was not included in the Meisaku Series. It has 2 shooting fists. In the box there is no polystyrene but only a protective sponge, together with 2 pairs of fists, a Popy catalogue and a personalized catalogue with vignettes depicting the protagonist and other characters from the anime. Jetter Marus was made both in a standard version and in a Deluxe version with a power-up cabin ( GA83 ).
