In Italia è rimasta invece inedita.

Side Machine is the vehicle driven by Kikaider , a character created by the very famous Shōtarō Ishinomori , he is the protagonist of the tokusatsu series of the same name : Jinzo ningen Kikaider , broadcast in Japan in 1973 for 44 episodes. Kikaider was very successful at home and it was also the first Tokusatsu series broadcast in the USA. In Italy it remained unpublished.

The Side Machine is essentially a sidecar motorcycle. In the television series it is said to reach 500 kilometers per hour, extremely agile but at the same time powerful, it is used by the protagonist during battles.

The toy made by Popy and cataloged as PA03 (even if the acronym does not appear in the box) is very beautiful and faithful in appearance and color to that of the television series. However, it is essentially a metal and plastic model that does not have any firing mechanism; In fact, only the Popy catalog is present in the box . Rare toy but above all very expensive if complete and in box.
