Urashiman è un anime fatascientifico trasmesso in Giappone nel 1983 per una durata di 50 episodi. E’ stato trasmesso nel 1996 anche in Italia con il nome “Ryo, un ragazzo contro un impero”, ma con scarso successo.

Magna Beetle è il nome dell’auto utilizzata dal protagonista nell’anime una vecchia Volkswagen “Maggiolino”    

Magna Beetle è catalogata come PC41 ed è una versione deluxe dell’auto del protagonista dell’anime. E’ realizzata in metallo e plastica ed è lunga circa 15 centimetri.

Si tratta di un giocattolo particolare, complessivamente è ben realizzato, dettagliato ed abbastanza fedele a quello dell’anime. Il cofano dell’auto può essere aperto, sotto è presente un cannoncino sparamissili (6 rossi inclusi nel box).

Dipone soprattutto però di un meccanismo particolare: la parte destra dell’auto si apre e tramite un braccio mobile in plastica può essere estratto il sedile del veicolo sul quale è seduta una miniatura rossa  del protagonista.

Magna Beetle è un giocattolo molto raro da trovare.

L’anime però non è molto conosciuto di conseguenza il PC41 non è molto ricercato, mantiene comunque valutazioni elevate da diversi anni.

Magna Beetle is cataloged as PC41 and is a deluxe version of the anime protagonist's car. It is made of metal and plastic and is approximately 15 centimeters long.

This is a special toy, overall it is well made, detailed and quite faithful to the anime. The hood of the car can be opened, underneath there is a missile cannon (6 red ones included in the box).

Above all, however, it has a special mechanism: the right side of the car opens and a movable plastic arm can be used to extract the vehicle seat, on which a red miniature of the protagonist is sitting.

Magna Beetle is a very rare toy to find.

The anime is not very well known though, so PC41 is not highly sought after, but it has maintained high ratings for several years.
