Sun Vulcan: I Difensori del Sole
Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan è una serie Tokusatsu del 1981 ed è la prima serie Sentai a tema animale e l’unica ad avere una squadra composta da soli tre membri maschili. La trama vede la Terra minacciata dall’Impero Meccanico Black Magma, un’organizzazione che adora il Dio Sole Nero e mira alla conquista del mondo tramite macchine sofisticate. Per contrastarli, l’ONU crea la squadra Sun Vulcan, composta da Vul Eagle (aria), Vul Shark (acqua) e Vul Panther (terra). I tre eroi pilotano veicoli che si combinano per formare il potente robot Sun Vulcan Robo.
Il merchandising Diecast della serie fu realizzato dalla ditta POPY ed è considerato una pietra miliare nel mondo del collezionismo. Il pezzo forte è il Sun Vulcan DX (GB-32), il primo robot della storia Sentai in grado di scomporsi in due veicoli distinti: il Cosmo Vulcan e il Bull Vulcan. Questo modello fu distribuito successivamente anche nella celebre linea Godaikin. Furono prodotti inoltre la versione ST (GB-33), i singoli personaggi in metallo (GB-34) e il Cosmo Vulcan ST (PC-18). I modelli di Sun Vulcan sono estremamente ricercati per l’eleganza delle cromature e per l’importanza storica che rappresentano nell’evoluzione dei robot trasformabili.

| SUN VULCAN – 50 PUNTATE – 1982 |
Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan è la quinta serie Super Sentai prodota dall Toei Company trasmesso dal 7 febbraio 1981 al 30 Gennaio 1982 ed è l’unica serie Super Sentai nata come un sequel diretto alla sua precedente serie (Denshi Sentai Denziman). La minaccia della Macchina dell’Impero Nero Magma fa sì che le forze di difesa delle Nazioni Terrestri si riuniscano in un vertice straordinario. Viene presa la decisione comune di istituire una squadra di difesa: la Sun Vulcan, un gruppo scelto di 3 ragazzi addestrati ed equipaggiati con un super Robot. Magma Nero decide di attaccare e quindi la Sun Vulcan deve entrare quasi subito in azione riuscendo in qualche modo a respingere la minaccia. Iniziàno così una lunga serie di scontri per riportare la pace sulla Terra. |

Il primo componibile delle serie Sentai , è anche la prina serie dove le armi e gli attacchi vengo urlati dai protagonisti. E’ equipaggiato di spada e scudo e dipone di uno speciale attacco finale con il quale distrugge i robot nemici. E’ composto da 2 veicoli, il cosmo vulcan e il Bull Vulcan. COSMO VULCAN: Un jet pilotato da VulEagle .E’ posizionato nella bocca del Jaguar Vulcan . Esso costituisce la testa di Sun Vulcan Robo , braccia e corpo . BULL VULCAN: Un veicolo bulldozer – ha due cabine di guida ; una per la metà di sinistra e l’altra per la metà destra . E ‘ pilotato da VulShark e VulPanther . Esso è posizionato nella parte posteriore della Jaguar Vulcan. Forma le gambe del Sun Vulcan Robo. |

Dopo aver perso i suoi genitori e il fratello minore durante uno scontro mortale tra cla , l’odio di Samejima per qualsiasi forma di violenza lo ha spinto a voler entrare spontaneamente nella squadra Sun Vulcantper combattere le ingiustizie.

Sun Vulcan: Defenders of the Sun
Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan is a 1981 Tokusatsu series and stands out as the first animal-themed Sentai series and the only one to feature a team of just three male members. The plot centers on Earth being threatened by the Machine Empire Black Magma, an organization that worships the Black Solar God and aims for world conquest through sophisticated machinery. To counter them, the UN creates the Sun Vulcan team, consisting of Vul Eagle (air), Vul Shark (water), and Vul Panther (earth). The three heroes pilot vehicles that combine to form the powerful Sun Vulcan Robo.
The Diecast merchandising for the series was produced by the POPY company and is considered a milestone in the world of collecting. The centerpiece is the Sun Vulcan DX (GB-32), the first robot in Sentai history capable of splitting into two distinct vehicles: the Cosmo Vulcan and the Bull Vulcan. This model was later distributed in the famous Godaikin line as well. Other releases included the ST version (GB-33), the individual metal characters (GB-34), and the Cosmo Vulcan ST (PC-18). Sun Vulcan models are highly sought after for their elegant chrome finish and for the historical importance they hold in the evolution of transformable robots.

Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan is the fifth Super Sentai series produced by Toei Company and broadcast from February 7, 1981 to January 30, 1982. It is the only Super Sentai series that was born as a direct sequel to its previous series (Denshi Sentai Denziman). The threat of the Black Empire Machine Magma causes the defense forces of the Earth Nations to gather in an extraordinary summit. The common decision is made to establish a defense team: the Sun Vulcan, a select group of 3 boys trained and equipped with a super Robot. Black Magma decides to attack and therefore the Sun Vulcan must enter into action almost immediately, somehow managing to repel the threat. Thus begins a long series of clashes to restore peace on Earth. |

Toy line produced by Popy who created the diecasts of the protagonists, the vehicles they drive and the super robot both in the standard version and in the deluxe box containing the robot that can be dismantled into 2 vehicles. Exported and sold also in the Godaikin line.

The first modular of the Sentai series, it is also the first series where weapons and attacks are shouted by the protagonists. It is equipped with a sword and shield and has a special final attack with which it destroys enemy robots. It is composed of 2 vehicles, the cosmo vulcan and the Bull Vulcan. COSMO VULCAN : A jet piloted by VulEagle. It is positioned in the mouth of Jaguar Vulcan. It forms Sun Vulcan Robo’s head, arms and body. BULL VULCAN : A bulldozer vehicle – has two cockpits; one for the left half and one for the right half. It is piloted by VulShark and VulPanther. It is positioned at the rear of the Jaguar Vulcan. It forms the legs of the Sun Vulcan Robo. |
