Tekkaman: Il Cavaliere dello Spazio
Tekkaman è un anime fantascientifico del 1975 prodotto dalla Tatsunoko Production. Ambientato alla fine del XXI secolo, vede la Terra sull’orlo del collasso ecologico. Mentre l’umanità cerca una “Seconda Terra”, viene attaccata dagli alieni Waldaster. Il Dr. Amachi crea il sistema “Tekset”, che permette al protagonista George (Joji Minami) di trasformarsi in Tekkaman tramite il robot Pegas. La trasformazione è estremamente dolorosa e può durare solo 30 minuti, limite oltre il quale George rischierebbe la morte. Inizia così una disperata battaglia per la sopravvivenza della razza umana.
Il merchandising Diecast della serie fu realizzato dalla ditta NAKAJIMA. A differenza di molte serie contemporanee prodotte da Popy, i diritti di Tekkaman furono acquisiti da Nakajima, che realizzò modelli molto curati e dettagliati. I pezzi principali includono il Tekkaman DX, il robot Pegas DX (che può ospitare la figura di George per simulare la trasformazione) e la navetta Blue Earth. Sebbene i prezzi si siano stabilizzati negli anni, questi modelli restano molto ricercati dai collezionisti per il loro design unico e la qualità costruttiva superiore tipica dei prodotti Nakajima dell’epoca.

Tekkaman è un anime giapponese degli anni settanta. In origine la serie avrebbe dovuto comporsi di 52 episodi ma a causa degli scarsi ascolti, fu interrotta alla 26ª puntata: pertanto essa è priva di un vero e proprio finale. La Terra è entrata nel 21 ° secolo ed è in pericolo . Il progetto “Green Earth” è stata abbandonato e gli scienziati cercano tra le stelle per trovare una ” Seconda Terra”. Lo Space Angel, durante la sua missione per trovare questa ” Nuova Terra “, viene attaccato da un gruppo di alieni chiamato ” Waldarians . ” L’astronave viene distrutta e con essa la speranza dell’umanità . Il Dr. Amachi riesce a creare ” Pegas ” e il sistema ” Tekset ” , per combattere gli alieni Questo meccanismo è in grado di trasformare un uomo in un Tekkaman , dandogli capacità di resistenza avanzate . Solo il protagonista George riece però a trasformasi in quanto la fase di mutamento è molto dolorosa, inoltre la trasformazione dura solo pochi minuti entro i quali la battaglia deve concludersi altrimenti il protagonista andrà incontro a moprte certa. Inizia così la luinga battaglia contro gli alieni e la ricerca di un nuovo mondo abitabile. |

Anime che non riscosse particolare successo in patria, tanto da rimanere senza un vero e proprio finale, i diritti per la produziuone di diecast furono acquisiti dalla ditta Nakajima. I modelli sono molto curati in ogni dettaglio sono tutt’oggi molto ricercati anche se i prezzi di mercato si sono negli anni notevolmente abbassati.

Dopo l’uccisione del padre da parte degli alieni di Waldaster, George non chiede altro che vendicarsi. Per farlo è disposto a trasformarsi in Tekkaman e a mettere a repentaglio la propria vita. George nutre un odio viscerale per gli alieni e ha un carattere orgoglioso e rissoso. Tekkaman non si tratta di un vero e proprio robot, quanto piuttosto di una sorta di armatura che il robot Pegas “costruisce” attorno al protagonista quando entra nella cabina di trasformazione situata nelle sue gambe. |

E’ un robot è dotato di una intelligenza artificiale propria e risponde ad ogni comando dettato da George. Pegas oltre a poter volare e combattere, ha al suo interno una camera di trasformazione TECH, capace di trasformare il protagonista (sembra che solo lui possa resistere alla dolorosa fase di trasformazione) in TeKKaman. |

Tekkaman: The Space Knight
Tekkaman is a 1975 sci-fi anime produced by Tatsunoko Production. Set at the end of the 21st century, Earth is on the brink of ecological collapse. As humanity searches for a “Second Earth,” it is attacked by the Waldaster aliens. Dr. Amachi develops the “Tekset” system, which allows the protagonist George (Joji Minami) to transform into Tekkaman through the robot Pegas. The Diecast merchandising for the series was produced by the NAKAJIMA company. The main pieces include the Tekkaman DX, the Pegas DX robot (which can house the George figure to simulate the transformation), and the Blue Earth spaceship. Tekkaman is a Japanese anime from the 1970s. The series was originally supposed to consist of 52 episodes, but due to poor ratings, it was interrupted after the 26th episode, leaving it without a proper ending. Earth has entered the 21st century and is in danger. The “Green Earth” project has been abandoned, and scientists search the stars for a “Second Earth.” The Space Angel, during its mission to find this “New Earth,” is attacked by a group of aliens called the “Waldarians.” The spaceship is destroyed, and with it humanity’s hope. Dr. Amachi manages to create “Pegas” and the “Tekset” system to fight the aliens. This mechanism is capable of transforming a man into a Tekkaman, giving him enhanced resistance. Only the protagonist George manages to transform, however, as the transformation is extremely painful. Furthermore, the transformation only lasts a few minutes, during which the battle must be concluded, otherwise the protagonist faces certain death. Thus begins the long battle against the aliens and the search for a new habitable world. |
The diecast merchandising of the series was made by the company NAKAJIMA .
This anime, which was not particularly successful in its homeland, so much so that it remained without a real ending, was acquired by the Nakajima company. The models are very carefully crafted in every detail and are still highly sought after today, even though market prices have dropped significantly over the years.

After his father’s murder by Waldaster’s aliens, George wants nothing more than revenge. To do so, he’s willing to transform into Tekkaman and risk his own life. George harbors a visceral hatred for the aliens and is proud and quarrelsome. Tekkaman isn’t a true robot, but rather a sort of armor that the robot Pegas “builds” around the protagonist when he enters the transformation booth located in his legs. |

He’s a robot with his own artificial intelligence and responds to every command given by George. Pegas, in addition to being able to fly and fight, has a TECH transformation chamber inside him, capable of transforming the protagonist (it seems only he can survive the painful transformation phase) into TeKKaman. |
